You may choose to proceed with your order without the promotion applied, or you may cancel your order entirely and receive a full refund to the original payment method or equivalent shop credit for any/all items that are not fulfilled.
If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours of our outreach, your order may be cancelled at our discretion without further notice. Any payments already made will be refunded to the original payment method should this occur.
